SHIPPING

We know you are eager to get your items so we offer next business day shipping on orders placed before 5pm and 2 day shipping for orders placed after 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday morning by 10am. 

While most orders arrive on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues such as weather and seasonal delays. 

Caden & Crew is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier 
• Stolen or damaged packages 
• Replacing lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.  

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied or have changed your mind for any reason, you have 10 days to return any unused, full price item. Sale Items are final sale. 

To be eligible for a refund
- item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 10 days of purchase date
- Customer pays for return postage  

In the rare case an item arrives damaged, please CONTACT US with a description & photos of the areas of damage.
